How to List Your Home for Sale

Ready to sell, but unsure about how to list your home? You may be considering an agent and with Faira, you have a choice. You can work with an agent or not. Faira's modern, transparent process can help you either way. 

Here are the steps to list your home for sale with Faira:

  1. Start your listing
  2. You will receive an email confirmation and a call from our Client Services Manager so we can talk to you about your timeline and answer any questions you have.
  3. You can expect to have your home on the market in as little as two weeks, but if you have a specific date, please let us know.
  4. When you talk with us, please share any unique features of the property. For example, is it currently rental property? Is there a tenant? Will you be selling it for the land value? Is there more than one dwelling on the property?
  5. Once you’ve connected with a Client Services Manager, you will receive a simple two page contract outlining our 30 day agreement.
  6. Once that's signed and returned, Faira will schedule your free home inspection, photography and begin work on your free MLS listing.

Typically, listing agents require a 90-day contract and a 6% commission that they will split with the buyer's agent. Faira is free for sellers and we provide all the services you need to sell your home. Ready to get started?
